100 DAY PROJECT

This project was inspired by graphic designer Michael Bierut’s 100 Day Project workshop at Yale University, and is undertaken by SVA’s Masters in Branding program each year, led by Program Chair Debbie Millman. The project requires participants to choose a creative endeavor to repeat every day, for 100 days. The topic was to reflect the individual: what makes them unique, and what they seek to contribute to the world upon graduation.

As a lover of details and all things minute, I decided to center my project on just that.  For 100 days, I highlighted unnoticed and under-appreciated details in an effort to inspire others to take a closer look, and see the power in the smallest things. I called my project ‘100 Details,’ and shared it on Instagram. Watch the video below to hear about my project and experience.
